Do you ever sit down at the dinner table and want to pat yourself on the back? Nope? Just me? Well, make this recipe (which is actually incredibly simple but with equally jaw-dropping and mouth-watering results) and you'll know the feeling.
I'm not exactly sure what possessed me to make salmon en papillote for Sunday dinner, but this will definitely not be my last time steaming fish and vegetables to perfection in parchment pockets.

Baked for 25 minutes, rested for 5 minutes, then snip snip with some scissors to reveal the most moist and tender piece of salmon you've ever eaten.
